Depending on the order and customer status, various payment options are available on acevape.de.

Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available will be displayed during the checkout process.

For wholesale orders, additional payment options can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Due Date

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, payment is due upon completion of the order.

The processing or shipment of an order may be contingent upon successful payment confirmation.

Bank Transfer

If bank transfer is an option, please include the order number in the payment description.

An order can be processed only after full payment has been received and credited to the account.

Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or fails to complete, please check your payment information or contact your payment provider.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed using the original payment method, to the extent possible.

Depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take some additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Wholesale customers

For business customers, individual payment terms, down payments, or bank transfers can be arranged.

The applicable terms and conditions are established prior to acceptance of the corresponding wholesale order.
